NABL accredited transformer oil testing laboratory at our works.
The laboratory is NABL accredited for testing transformer oil samples . NABL accredited as per ISO/IEC/17025:2017 under the constituent board of QCI(Quality council of India). Testing of transformer oil as per NABL norms for chemical and electrical analysis for all parameters. The only NABL accredited transformer oil testing laboratory in Kerala.
Oil filtration at site with 500-12000Ltr per hour capacity streamline vacuum filter machine.
The filtration of transformer oil is undertaken at site.The filter capacity is 500-12000Litres per hour with vaccum streamline high filter .Dry air equipment is available while doing filtration.
Reclamation of used transformer oil
The used transformer oil is reclaimed at our works as per 1866-2000 .we have the necessary authorization from state pollution board for purchase, transportation,stocking and reprocessing of used transformer oils.
Availability of spare transformers and parts
The transformers are available from 100KVA to 1600KVA on rental basis. We are also supplying Parts like breaters,silicagels etc.
